Regarding to creation process, he also stated that;
Working alongside Gary Johnston from European Golf Design has been a great experience. I am absolutely delighted with how the course has turned out. I am very proud of what we have achieved. Course is a settlement within 104 hectares of picturesque, mixed pine forest and sandy ridges, the feel of the natural environment has been maintained, thereby enhancing the particular characteristics of the golf course. Th e Montgomerie Course is in excess of 6486 m and plays to a par of 72.
With one of the most impressive clubhouses in Belek, views of the course and surrounding area are available from the 30 meter tower of the clubhouse. Th e course forms part of a new 200 million-euro golf and hotel complex. To complement the 18-hole championship golf course, there is a fl ood-lit nine-hole short course and a golf academy, as well as a 600room fi ve-star hotel and 31 holiday villas.
